India in control as Rohit, Rahul set solid platform

Shawdesh Desk: India won the toss and elected to bat first against Bangladesh in the 40th match of ICC Cricket World Cup at Birmingham in the United Kingdom on Tuesday.

Both the openers Rohit Shrama and KLRahul have sprinted off the blocks and India are now on 94 runs after the first 15.4 overs. Bangladesh, however, are looking for a wicket.

Both teams made two changes to their side. In Bangladesh side, Pacer Rubel Hossain replaces Mehedi Hasan Miraz while Sabbir Rahman comes in place of yet-to-be-fit Mahmudullah.
India’s two changes are: Pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar replaced spinner Kuldeep Yadav and batsman Dinesh Karthik replaced all-rounder Kedar Jadav.
